About Strategic Command Centers

Where physical security, emergency management and regulatory compliance meet.

We work where physical security, emergency management, and regulatory compliance meet. Specializing in command centers and the policy framework that surrounds them, we deliver in three ways

Spectrum

Spectrum publishes the annual standards practitioners reference.

PRISM

PRISM provides compliance and liability transfer to regulated industry organizations.

Consulting Engagements

We build, assess, and defend command center operations directly.

The problem most organizations face

The problem usually isn't the people or the equipment.

It's that the program was never documented in a way that holds up when someone with authority starts asking questions. The budget grew and nobody can explain why. The team does solid work in the field but there's no written policy behind it. The records a regulator asks for turn out to be something everyone assumed someone else was keeping.

That's the work SCC does. We build command center and security programs where the policy matches what actually happens on the floor and the documentation is ready before anyone has to ask. The standards are CPP-authored and built by operators who have actually run command centers.

Computer monitors displaying COVID-19 global cases maps and statistics, including a map of the United States and world, showing case counts and data updates.

How we work

Documented or it didn't happen
A program you can't show a surveyor or a board is a program you don't have. We write everything to survive that conversation.

Physical security and emergency management
We stay in our lane. We cover the physical and operational side of security and the regulatory frameworks that govern it.

Practitioner first
Every standard is written by someone who has stood the post and run the room, not by someone describing it from the outside.

Contact us to make sure your program is ready for the hard questions.

Most security programs can't survive the first audit from a board or surveyor. Yours should.
